Exercising plays a vital role in maximizing the results of any Body Contouring surgeries. That is why, we always encourage our patients to start working out as early as possible but, it should be done gradually. Start with a simple stretching exercise.

Most patients ask what kind of stretching exercise can they do after surgery. Simple stretching that you can do anytime and anywhere is better.

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart

  1. Turn your shoulders outward to stretch them as far as possible
  2. Maintain the level of the arm, and rotate the torso, and gaze side to side.
  3. Do it at least 30 times.
