These photographs document real patients treated at Evita Clinic in Seoul. They are shared to help you understand possible changes, normal early healing, and the limits of comparing one person’s result with another’s.
Real clinical photographs
We do not digitally reshape the body, smooth the skin, or alter a surgical result with Photoshop or other retouching tools. Images may only be cropped, aligned, labeled, or masked to protect privacy and aid comparison.
Permission and privacy
Photos are displayed with the patient’s permission. Faces, tattoos, birthmarks, backgrounds, or other identifying details may be cropped or concealed when necessary.
Every body is different
Anatomy, skin elasticity, surgical plan, healing response, lifestyle, and aftercare differ from person to person. A similar starting body does not mean you will obtain the same result.
Photo timing matters
Each case should be read together with its stated postoperative date. Early photos can show swelling, bruising, firmness, asymmetry, scabs, or immature scars and should not be interpreted as a final result.

Questions about our before and after photos
Are Evita Clinic’s before and after photos retouched?
We do not alter body shape, skin texture, scars, swelling, or the surgical result. Limited cropping, alignment, labeling, or privacy masking may be used so that the case can be shown safely and understood clearly.
Does a similar body type mean I will get the same result?
No. Results depend on your anatomy, tissue quality, procedure, healing response, lifestyle, and aftercare. The gallery provides examples, not a prediction or guarantee of your result.
When can a body contouring result be judged?
Timing varies by procedure and patient. Swelling and tissue firmness can persist for months, and results are often assessed more reliably around 4–6 months or later. Your surgeon can explain the expected timeline for your procedure.
Why are many postoperative photos taken before the final result?
Most international patients stay in Korea for a limited period. Evita Clinic can usually take preoperative and before-departure photos, but a later in-person photo may not be possible after the patient returns home.
Arm Lift (Brachioplasty) – 5 Weeks After Surgery
A patient with loose upper-arm skin underwent brachioplasty — excision of a fusiform strip of skin along the inner arm. Liposuction cannot correct laxity of this kind; the trade-off is a permanent inner-arm scar. Photographs were taken before surgery, at 14 days and at 33 days, while swelling is still settling and the scar is early in its maturation.
FTM Top Surgery (Double Incision with Free Nipple Graft) – 3 Weeks After Surgery
Double incision mastectomy with free nipple graft for a large, ptotic chest where keyhole and periareolar techniques could not have produced a flat result. 659 g of tissue was removed on the right and 612 g on the left. Photographs taken before surgery and 22 days afterwards.

Adolescent Gynecomastia Surgery (Age 16) – Grade II Gynecomastia
A 16-year-old patient with persistent grade II gynecomastia underwent glandular excision surgery after more than two years without spontaneous improvement since puberty. The procedure was performed under IV sedation and took approximately two hours, removing 42.4 g of glandular tissue on the right side and 40.4 g on the left. Postoperative photos were taken at the second follow-up visit before suture removal, already showing a flatter and more masculine chest contour.
Breast Lift (Mastopexy) – Anchor Technique
A woman in her 30s with severe breast ptosis caused by naturally large breasts since adolescence underwent an anchor-pattern breast lift (mastopexy) to elevate the nipple and reshape the breast. The postoperative photos were taken 2 weeks after surgery, with swelling still present and sutures not yet removed.
Post-Pregnancy Breast Volume Restoration with 400cc Mentor Implants | Breast Augmentation Before & After
Breast augmentation performed to restore breast volume lost after pregnancy and breastfeeding. Mentor smooth round implants (400cc, moderate plus profile) were placed using the dual plane type 2 technique through an inframammary fold incision. The result shows improved breast fullness and natural contour, with the postoperative photo taken one week after surgery while mild swelling is still present.
Gender-Affirming Mastectomy (FTM Top Surgery) Double Incision with Free Nipple Graft – 2 Weeks Postoperative
Before and after results of FTM top surgery (gender-affirming mastectomy) performed using the double incision technique with free nipple graft. This patient had approximately B-cup breast volume and desired a completely flat chest without any residual sagging. The image shows the early postoperative result two weeks after surgery, following suture removal, with minimal bruising and good early healing.
Breast Lift (Anchor Mastopexy) with Superomedial Pedicle
Before and after results of a breast lift (mastopexy) using the anchor technique with a superomedial pedicle. This patient had naturally full breasts and wished to maintain breast volume while correcting sagging. The procedure improved breast position and contour while preserving a natural shape and fullness as much as possible.

Circumareolar areola reduction performed to decrease enlarged areola diameter and improve nipple-areola proportion. Postoperative results shown at 2 months and 4 months with progressive scar maturation.
FTM Top Surgery (Keyhole Technique) – 2 Weeks After Surgery
FTM top surgery using the keyhole technique in a patient with small breast tissue. The photo shows the result two weeks after surgery and immediately after suture removal. Mild bruising and small scabs are part of the normal early healing process and will gradually improve as recovery continues.
Gynecomastia, Grade 2, 20yrs
A 20-year-old male with gynecomastia treated using a minimal-incision keyhole technique. Despite a slim build, significant gland enlargement caused a protruding, “rocket-shaped” chest with areolar expansion. Postoperative improvement shows natural contouring, and further skin contraction and areolar reduction are expected over the next few months.
TOP Surgery, nonbinary, double incision
For nonbinary individuals undergoing double incision top surgery, free grafting of the areola and nipple can be omitted if desired. This results in a faster surgery and shorter recovery time. The incision scars align with the natural pectoral muscle contour and can become less noticeable with proper scar care.
TOP Surgery, minimal incision
Six months post-minimal incision top surgery, adhesions and unevenness have resolved. While the nipples and areolas remain relatively large due to the absence of reduction, sensation is about 90% preserved, and scars are nearly invisible.

A minimally invasive top surgery technique using a small 1-inch incision beside the areola to remove fat and glandular tissue while preserving the areola, nipple, and sensation. Ideal for patients with A-cup-sized breasts and good skin elasticity.

Double incision, TOP surgery, Photo Taken After Stitch Removal: The areola and nipple have formed scabs, and redness, bruising, and unevenness of the skin are still present.
TOP Surgery, circumareolar resection
A patient with breasts larger than a C cup opted for circumareolar skin resection to minimize scarring while removing glandular tissue and fat. At the 3-month follow-up, some adhesions and unevenness remain, but gradual improvement is expected with continued exercise and massage.
