Liposuction is a surgical removal of fats. It is designed to help improve one’s body shape. Though it can help with managing weight, it should not be considered a solution or a quick weight loss tool.

Liposuction is both for women and men. Women are mostly concerned for their arms, abdomen, hips, thighs and knees while men usually have fat deposits on their chin, breasts and abdomen.

Nowadays, we see an increase number of men opting to do Liposuction to get rid of unwanted fats especially fats that are resistant to diet and exercise.

One of the biggest advantages that men has is the ability of their skin to retain elasticity longer than women. In many cases, Liposuction alone can effectively correct problem areas and change a man’s body shape.

On the other hand, men with loose, hanging skin  as well as excess fat, may opt to have skin excision together with Liposuction.

-It is the most effective procedure to remove excess and/or stubborn fats

-Increased one’s self confidence.

-This can be used as a motivation to continue pursuing a healthier lifestyle.

-Look and feel more youthful and healthy.

-Satisfying results after the surgery. You will continue to see good results once the swelling subsides.

-You can go back to work and exercise at least a day after surgery.

-Improve one’s lifestyle and outlook in life.

You will need to book for a consultation where both the nurse and the surgeon would assess your BMI and your skin elasticity to confirm that Liposuction is suitable for you.

If you are overweight, Liposuction may not be the most effective for you but it doesn’t mean that it can’t be done. Overweight patients may still have Liposuction but you must fully understand the risks. And mots importantly, you must understand that there are limits to the amount of fats that we can safely remove. Remember, Liposuction is a body cnontouring surgery.

-The surgery will be performed under Sleep Anesthesia and Tumescent-Solution-Infiltration.

-The surgery can take between 2-3 hours.

-It would only require very small incisions.

-You need to wear compression garment for 4 weeks.

It is normal for someone who is planning to have surgery to want to know about other’s experience. Here is a testimonial from one of our male patients who received Tummy Liposuction 360:

Last month, the Patient unexpectedly sent us a message updating us with photos of his current results and how satisfied he is. We are so happy for him.

Here is a before photo of the patient taken at the clinic before his surgery and an after-photo he took himself 4 months after his surgery.

The patient was very determined from the start. He wants to see change in himself and so, he decided to have the surgery. But even though he was already seeing good results after his surgery, he did not stop from there. He continued to control his food intake. And most importantly, he continued to workout. The surgery and the results motivated him to achieve more physically.
