Body Contouring
Reshape, Tighten, and Redefine Your Body with Advanced Contouring Expertise
What Is Body Contouring?
Body contouring is a category of surgical procedures designed to reshape and refine the body’s silhouette by addressing two distinct concerns: excess fat and loose, sagging skin.
These two problems are related but fundamentally different. Excess fat responds well to liposuction. Loose skin — the result of significant weight loss, pregnancy, or aging — does not. Once the skin has been excessively stretched, it rarely returns to its original elasticity on its own.
At Evita Clinic, body contouring surgery is performed under the direct supervision of Dr. Francis Jeon, a board-certified thoracic and cardiovascular surgeon who founded the clinic in 2009. His background in vascular surgery brings a precision-first approach to every procedure.

Which Procedure Do I Need?
| Your Concern | Recommended Approach |
|---|---|
| Stubborn fat deposits, good skin elasticity | Liposuction |
| Mild skin laxity after fat removal | Liposuction + N.I.L. skin retraction |
| Loose, sagging skin (abdomen / arms / thighs) | Body Lift — Tummy Tuck / Arm Lift / Thigh Lift |
| Muscle separation (diastasis recti) | Abdominoplasty with muscle repair |
| Fat and loose skin combined | Combined procedure (staged when necessary) |
Liposuction
Fat Reduction & Body Sculpting
Body contouring at Evita Clinic means sculpting and defining your body through precise fat removal. We perform liposuction using the Evamatic® by Euromi, a precision liposculpture system based on proprietary N.I.L.® (Nutational Infrasonic Liposculpture) technology.
By combining infrasonic vibration with nutational cannula movement, the Evamatic® gently emulsifies fat without generating heat — maximizing skin elasticity and retraction while eliminating thermal damage. This advanced approach delivers the taut, slim body you want with exceptional results.
Why Choose Evamatic® N.I.L. at Evita Clinic:

Tummy Liposuction
Targets subcutaneous fat around the abdomen and flanks. Often combined with the 360-degree technique for a slimmer, more defined waistline. For patients with muscle separation or significant skin laxity, a tummy tuck may be recommended in addition to liposuction.

Arm Liposuction
Removes excess fat from the upper arms to improve contour and definition. Best suited for patients with good skin elasticity. When skin laxity is present, arm liposuction may be combined with or replaced by brachioplasty.

Thigh Liposuction
Targets fat deposits on the inner and outer thighs. Results in a more proportional lower body contour and improved leg line. Patients can expect to feel more comfortable in fitted clothing and benefit from reduced inner-thigh friction.

Face & Neck Liposuction
Removes excess fat along the jawline, chin, and neck to achieve a more defined profile. This procedure has a high impact on overall appearance and is often sought by patients who feel their facial features are obscured by excess fullness in the lower face.
Body Lift Surgery
Skin Tightening — Restore What Diet and Exercise Cannot
Significant weight loss, pregnancy, and aging can result in loose, sagging skin that does not respond to diet or exercise. Once skin has been excessively stretched, it rarely returns to its original elasticity. Dr. Jeon's background in cardiovascular and vascular surgery directly informs how he approaches body lift procedures — preserving vascular integrity to ensure tissue blood supply and safe, lasting results.
Tummy Tuck
Abdominoplasty
A tummy tuck removes excess abdominal skin and tightens weakened abdominal muscles to restore a flatter, firmer contour. It is the appropriate solution when skin laxity and muscle separation (diastasis recti) cannot be corrected by liposuction alone.
Mini Tummy Tuck is available for patients with concerns limited to the lower abdomen, with a shorter scar and faster recovery.
- Removes excess skin and fat from the abdomen
- Repairs separated abdominal muscles (diastasis recti)
- Creates a flatter, firmer abdominal profile
- Can be combined with liposuction for enhanced contouring

Arm Lift
Brachioplasty
Brachioplasty removes loose skin from the upper arm. Because the upper arm is a highly visible area, scar placement is one of the most critical aspects of the procedure.
Dr. Jeon classifies arm lift procedures into micro, mini, and standard techniques based on the degree of skin laxity and the patient's scar tolerance. In cases of mild laxity, a limited excision may achieve adequate improvement with a shorter scar. When sagging is more advanced, a longer incision is necessary to achieve proper tightening and durable results.
- Removes loose, sagging skin from the upper arm
- Micro / Mini / Standard classification by laxity severity
- Scar placement designed to minimize visibility
- Can be combined with arm liposuction
Thigh Lift
Thighplasty
A thigh lift addresses sagging skin on the inner or outer thigh. Incision placement and extent of skin removal are individually planned based on anatomy, lifestyle, and recovery considerations.
Scar placement is designed to remain as concealed as possible within natural skin folds and clothing lines. In cases where fat deposits are also present, thigh lift may be combined with liposuction for optimal contour improvement.
- Removes loose, sagging skin from the inner or outer thigh
- Incision and scar placement tailored to each patient
- Can be combined with thigh liposuction
- Improves leg contour and daily comfort

Mommy Makeover
Pregnancy and breastfeeding change the body in multiple ways simultaneously — stretched abdominal skin, muscle separation, and changes in arm and thigh contour often occur together.
A Mommy Makeover combines the procedures most relevant to each patient's concerns into a coordinated surgical plan. Common combinations include tummy tuck with liposuction, or tummy tuck with arm or thigh lift.
When the scope of surgery is extensive, Dr. Jeon may recommend staging procedures across two sessions to prioritize safety and recovery.

Dr. Jeon’s Philosophy on Localized Liposuction
Body contouring is not the art of “removing fat.”
It is the art of preserving flow.
The human body is built on curves—continuous, connected lines formed by bone structure and the soft transitions that follow it. When we treat only one isolated area, we often break that natural continuity. The result may look “smaller,” but not necessarily more beautiful—because the smooth extension of the body’s silhouette has been interrupted. Over time, the contrast between the treated area and the untouched area can become more noticeable, and the overall harmony of the shape is lost.
That is why Dr. Jeon approaches liposuction in three integrated parts:
Arms, Abdomen, and Thighs.
Not because every patient needs “more,” but because the body’s aesthetics are rarely confined to a single point. A truly refined contour comes from respecting how one curve becomes the next.
When Localized Liposuction Is Considered
There are, however, rare and highly specific exceptions—situations where a single-area approach is not only reasonable, but necessary.
- Touch-ups for an area operated on long ago
- Corrective revision surgery after procedures performed at another clinic
In these cases, the goal is not to redesign the silhouette, but to restore it—correcting imbalance, irregularity, or dissatisfaction from a past result.
Pricing for Exceptional Single-Area Cases
For these special cases, the cost is:
KRW 1,100,000 per area.
Because even when the intervention is small, the standard of precision remains the same.
