Healing Process

Immediate Postoperative Care

Day of Surgery:

Relax comfortably in our private recovery room under the attentive supervision of our dedicated nursing staff.

Postoperative Day 1:

Your surgeon checks the incision sites, performs wound care, and dressing changes.

Ongoing Recovery Process

Postoperative Days 1–3:

Daily wound inspection and dressing changes by our doctors.
Healite Phototherapy sessions commence to accelerate healing and reduce inflammation.

After Day 4:

Continued daily wound care.
Initiation of therapeutic Radiofrequency (RF) massages to enhance circulation, relieve swelling, and promote skin tightening.
Showering is now permitted, ensuring improved comfort and hygiene.

Weekly Recovery Milestones

Between 1–2 Weeks:

Maintain daily doctor visits for dressing checks.
Incorporate RF massages regularly for optimal results and improved body contouring.
Removal of sutures by your surgeon.

Within 1 Month:

Increased physical activities and moderate exercise recommended.
Focus shifts toward scar management, with specialized treatments such as Fraxel laser therapy offered at Evita Clinic to effectively reduce scarring.

Long-term Recovery Milestones

Within 2 Months:

Swelling significantly reduces and scars gradually become less visible.
You may now begin more vigorous exercise routines to further enhance your recovery and maintain your results.

After 4 Months:
