Please note that Korea’s VAT (Tax Refund) program for cosmetic surgery has been abolished as of Jan 1, 2026. Refunds are still possible for documents issued in 2025 until March 2026 (within the eligibility period).

On November 4, 2024, Dr. Jeon received a certificate of appreciation from the Gangnam Medical Tourism Association. This is for his efforts and achievements with foreign patients. The mayor of Gangnam-gu gave Evita Clinic a certificate of appreciation with encouragement.
Starting May 20, 2024, all patients visiting Evita Clinic or any medical facility in Korea must show a valid photo ID. This new national policy aims to prevent health insurance misuse and identity fraud.
