Tighter Arms, Better Contour
Are you feeling self-conscious about the loose, sagging skin or stubborn fat on your upper arms—especially after major weight loss or as a result of aging? You’re not alone. Many people struggle with “flappy arms” that don’t improve with diet or exercise alone.
Brachioplasty, also known as an Arm Lift, is a specialized cosmetic procedure designed to remove excess skin and fat from the upper arms, helping to restore a firmer, more toned appearance.
At Evita Clinic in Seoul, we provide a range of customized arm lift procedures to match your specific anatomy, skin condition, and aesthetic goals. Whether you need a small lift around the armpit or a full upper arm recontouring, we offer safe, effective options to help you feel confident in sleeveless clothing again.

What is Brachioplasty?
Brachioplasty, commonly known as an arm lift, is a surgical procedure that removes excess skin and fat from the upper arms and armpit area.
This procedure is ideal for those who:
-
Have loose, hanging skin after weight loss
-
Experience age-related loss of skin elasticity
-
Want to achieve a more toned and proportionate appearance
-
Feel uncomfortable wearing sleeveless clothing
The goal of the surgery is not only to remove excess tissue but also to reshape and contour the arms to match your natural body line.

Incision & Scarring
-
Micro/Mini incisions are hidden in the armpit crease and heal with minimal visible scarring.
-
Standard Brachioplasty requires an incision along the inner side of the arm. Though longer, this is strategically placed to be less visible when the arms are at rest.
-
Scar treatment programs are available at our clinic to improve healing and appearance.
Recovery Timeline
Most patients return to light activity within 7–14 days, and full results are visible in about 2–3 months. A compression garment is worn for 3–4 weeks to support healing and reduce swelling.
Postoperative Milestones | Duration |
---|---|
Back to daily activity | 1–2 weeks |
Compression garment | 3–4 weeks |
Bruising/swelling subsides | 2–4 weeks |
Full result | 2–3 months |
Scar fading | Up to 1 year |
