Procedure: Gynecomastia

From the consultation with Myrene and Dr. Woo, to the surgery, to every follow up visit, I was blown away by the quality of customer service and care! The atmosphere is so positive and calm and the nurses were some of the nicest I have ever met!
All of the staff, including Dr. Woo, are fluent in English, which was VERY helpful for me not being able to speak Korean very well.
During my initial consultation, I was quite nervous because getting surgery was really a last resort for me having a problem with gynecomastia most of my life. Dr. Woo gave me a very detailed presentation about gynecomastia, the causes, and what would happen during surgery. He is pretty fluent in English and was able to explain everything in detail as well as answering all my questions.
Scheduling was very easy and on the day of the my surgery, all the staff was so kind and helpful, even though I was very anxious about the surgery.
After I woke up from the surgery, the nurses were there and were very attentive to care for me and adjust my meds based on my level of pain. They checked on my regularly, helped me to begin walking around the office to get my blood flowing (two nurses actually helped me walk around!) and answered all my questions/concerns.
For the following weeks, I came back for bandage changes as well as check ups, and all the nurses and Dr. Woo were very kind and professional throughout every post-op visit.
I also got (included in the total price) post surgery massages to help with the healing process, which really did help!
Although I was very hesitant to even get surgery to correct my gynecomastia, I’m so glad I went through with it with Evita Clinic and Dr. Woo! I am so thankful for such high quality service and care from all the nurses as staff and I am VERY pleased with the results! It’s been about a month and my chest looks great!
